Descripción

El BulkPak 4048 GP Series de uso medio está diseñado para una amplia variedad de tamaños de producto, formas y pesos. Estos contenedores bulk permiten manejar, almacenar y embarcar más piezas… con menos contenedores y en menos viajes. El diseño avanzado resulta en un peso de tara consistente que mejora las eficiencias de inventario y embarques. Los contenedores se colapsan cuando están vacíos reduciendo costos de transporte de retorno y ahorrando espacio de almacén. Durante el almacenamiento y embarque estos contenedores bulk se estiban fijamente uno encima de otro cuando están llenos. Las cajas de tarima ofrecen la resistencia y durabilidad robusta demandada en los sistemas de distribución y manejo de materiales de la actualidad. Relleno interior protector hecho a la medida disponible para todos los contenedores ORBIS BulkPak. Estos contenedores son totalmente reciclables al final de su vida útil. (Todas las dimensiones y especificaciones son aproximadas. Las características de rendimiento se basan en cargas estáticas uniformes y pueden ser afectadas por la distribución de la carga, métodos de manejo, cantidad y tipo de puertas de acceso y temperaturas fuera del rango de 0° a 120° F).

Cardholders

Polyropylene cardholders that snap onto totes. Available in several sizes and accommodate removable cards, bar codes or other identification documents.

ID Plates

Identification Plates are rigid plastic plates with adhesive backing that affix securely to your BulkPak. These plates are designed for durability and a long service life. Most ORBIS BulkPaks can accommodate identification plates. Availability, requirement, and location of the identification plates can vary for each container.

Label Placards

Label placards are placed on containers to allow for the easy application and removal of single-use labels. Prevents sticky residue and overlapping. Placards are removable and replaceable.
