ORBIS Ranks #6 in Top Workplaces in Southeastern Wisconsin

Oconomowoc, Wis – April 26, 2024 – ORBIS Corporation’s Oconomowoc headquarters has been recognized as a 2024 Top Workplace by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, for the eleventh consecutive year. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel recognized almost 160 exceptional organizations in Southeast Wisconsin, based entirely on employee survey feedback. The survey, administered by Energage, assesses the organizational health based on a company’s values, meaningful work, innovation and leadership. Energage has 18 years of data from thirty million employee surveys.

ORBIS placed 6th on the list of 61 companies in the midsize business category. In addition, ORBIS received a Special Award, “Clued in Senior Management”. This recognizes that employees feel that senior management understands what is happening across the business and supports employees in their efforts.
