HDR3230-30
The heavy-duty BulkPak 3230 HDR Series reusable containers are ideal for metal stampings and other heavy, dense components. Containers collapse when empty for reduced return transportation costs and warehouse space savings. During storage and shipping, these bulk bins stack securely atop each other. Designed to hold 2,000 lbs, these collapsible containers are built for long-lasting durability in heavy-duty applications. Pallet boxes offer the strength and rugged durability demanded in today’s material handling and distribution systems. Custom protective dunnage is available for all ORBIS BulkPak containers. These plastic containers are fully recyclable at the end of their service life. (All dimensions and specifications are approximate. Performance characteristics are based on uniform static loads and may be affected by the distribution of load, handling methods, number, type of access doors, and temperatures beyond the range of 0 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit.)

- Two base options include a standard 4-way forklift entry and a conveyable base with a 2-way forklift entry. Note: Due to fork entry size on the 30 side, pallet jack entry is not possible on the short side of this bin.

Cardholders
Polyropylene cardholders that snap onto totes. Available in several sizes and accommodate removable cards, bar codes or other identification documents.
ID Plates
Identification Plates are rigid plastic plates with adhesive backing that affix securely to your BulkPak. These plates are designed for durability and a long service life. Most ORBIS BulkPaks can accommodate identification plates. Availability, requirement, and location of the identification plates can vary for each container.
Label Placards
Label placards are placed on containers to allow for the easy application and removal of single-use labels. Prevents sticky residue and overlapping. Placards are removable and replaceable.
