At selected ORBIS RPM Service Centers, ORBIS offers tote and pallet washing capabilities. Since every customer's requirements are different, ORBIS creates a sanitation process for your unique supply network.
ORBIS analyzes your current reusable packaging network to identify potential savings. Then, we plan and implement a program that drives value for all supply chain partners. Using SmartTrakTM we match container supply to demand based on open part orders and forecasts to minimize accumulation of containers and improve utilization.

We handle the inventory management and work with suppliers to plan replenishment and help you hold 3rd parties accountable for loss and breakage. Leasing and rental options are also available.

Services include full inspection, acquisition of required repair parts and complete assembly. We repair quantities ranging from a few items to thousands. All repairs adhere to manufacturer recommended processes.

ORBIS also offers recycling options for obsolete packaging in your fleet.

Through a secured online portal, users can check their respective inventories and view shipments that are in transit and the estimated delivery dates. The system can generate reports and provide proactive notifications of packaging related events.
